respawnVehicle : When explode the vehicle spawn in the place of explode.

spawnVehicle : Spawn the vehicle in the new position.

No,

setElementPosition for elemenst and it's client & server side.

spawnVehicle for vehicle only and it's server side.

I doubt there's a difference between spawnVehicle and setElementPosition + setElementRotation.
