Vehicle lights sync

Hej, is there a resource or any possibility to have the vehicles lights syncronized so that other players see when you turn on or off the lights? On default mta 1.3 you can toggle lights with L, but its not visible to other players.

Another question, on the webadmin, the map doesnt load, just a white page, resources are running.

By script it server side.

and no I am not going to help scripting to people that can't script, that require lots of time and I probably will script the most.

You can: Learn scripting by your self, pay for scripting or find a resource on the community that can do that.
