Adding custom skins to server

Ok Im a noob I admit, I got some awesome soldier skins for my server and im familiar with modloader but I dont know how to add custom skins... Also I want to know how to spawn bots with slothbot

Ok thanks man! Ok say my skin is... delta.dff and delta.txd how do I script em in with that example?
