Can't open MTA.

everytime i open MTA this hello window appears http://puu.sh/3wf6n.jpg and stays for more than 5mins .. then another small window come saying >> GTA: San Adreas didnt't launch correctly , do you want to terminate it ? >> Yes , No ..

i say no then after 10mins it enters the game .. to enter to the main page it stays about 15mins .

i did every single thing .. re installed MTA , re installed GTA .. updated everything

please help.

Please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions.

well .. ain't working .. i think something slowing my MTA .. what is it ? idk

Please install the following:

• Chipset driver
  
• Ethernet driver

Provide another MTADiag log after installing.

How come you are not running Windows XP Service Pack 3? That is why the installer is not working.

MTA worked .. thanks .. but please tell me its problem cuz if this problem exists again i can fix it , please.
