MTA 1.3.3 - There was a problem resetting direct3d

Getting something odd here..

I installed the MTA today. After i opened it i see the loading screen, then it turns to a black screen that i freezes (need to use ctrl+esc to close it). Then i get the following error:

There was a problem resetting direct3d Direct3DDevice reset error: 88760868

So, i know you are the wizards, can u help me?

Try deleting the gta_sa.set file which is usually found somewhere like:

C:\Users\\Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\gta_sa.set

Great.

It might have been the combination of 2x antialiasing and 1680x1050 with 16 bit color that caused the problem. Something to bear in mind if it happens again.
