A ''stolen'' pet script?

Hello, I want to know if someone recognise this code, because someone told me that a guy who uses it now stole the script:

This code was made by me. And i don't really know where you saw this code. But recently i helped a guy implementing my script into his gamemode. The first part it's not made by me. If you'r kind, you should delete the code from here.

EDIT: I forgot to mention, some parts of the code are from controllablenpc and some from zombie gamemode.

I agree if you thought or known this was stole why would you even post the code ?
