MTA Wont download completely

Im new with MTA And im unfortunate enough to not have the program download on my computer. Im running windows vista and i have enough room on my computer to run this thing. But it still crashes when it gets to the downloading part. I have runned MTADiag and updated my Direct X as well as deleted my gta.sa.set and couldint find a D3D9.dll to delete but it still doesint load. What can i do?

Run MTADiag again and enter 'n' when asked if MTA works now. Post the log file URL it copies into your clipboard here.

Please install the following:

• Graphics driver
  
• Audio driver
  
• Wireless driver
  
• Ethernet driver

Provide another MTADiag log after installing.
