MTA Crash

So when I open MTA, it goes to load screen and opens the window into the resolution I have, then I get black screen and it crashes... Here is the pastebin and crash info:

I also checked to see if my singleplayer and SAMP work and they both work fine, its just MTA

Edit: I've just noticed cleo.asi in your GTA directory. Please try removing that.

I found out the problem, I downloaded a mod (SAPD:FR), and the new version conflicts MTA, so I reinstalled my GTA and it works fine, thank you for the responses!
