Country Flags Missing?

Hey everyone. I was playing on my server and I noticed that the Turkish and Mexican flags (and a few others) are missing. I checked the admin resource and I couldn't find the flags! Is there an update for the admin resource or something?

Modify the admin resource. Or if the older admin panel worked with flags then use older admin panel.

I am using the older admin panel lol. I don't want to update it because I don't like the newer one. Can someone give me instructions on how to properly add flags?
