HELP Admin pannel bugged

Hi i created a server which is temporary and i added my name to acl and launched server and poged in and i got admin panel by pressing P and this happened http://imgur.com/pi8Jd5d pls give me a solution all buttons are inactive i've tried all thinkg searched in google i cant find solution plsssss help

Press P then go into Resources and restart the Admin resource.

WHat resources?resources folder?i can understand can you make with a pic or with easy steps?plsss help

1. Go in your server.

2. Login (Make sure you're an Admin)

3. Press P to open the Admin Panel

4. Go into the Resources tab

5. Find Admin

6. Click Restart
