Disabling sun glares

Hi all,

I'd like to disable my sun-glares. I've tryed to check / uncheck several options in the video settings menu, but it didn't work out. So I was wondering if there is some kind of mod for it? I believe it has something to do with my effects.fxp, not sure though.

Ultrathing 0.28

Graphics: GTX660TI
