Map Editor and Joining the server problem

Hello and im new here..

When i connect *Map Editor* its says *Connection timed out*

When i joining the server it becomes crash and appear MTA sa Crash dump

I dont know how to fix the *Connection timed out* and *Crash*

i have a good internet and no problem

Example:

I want to play a game but how...
