I am looking for a scripter ofcourse I will pay this person

What do I need?

I want to have a RPG server without very big things just kinda simple.

What do I want into this RPG server?

1. Some jobs like Medic, busdriver, taxi driver, pizzaboy, trashman, pilot, trucker different jobs are also fine!

2. A simple bank system to save money on it with a simple panel and a simple money transfer to a other 'login name'.

3. A simple house system I preffer MySQL based with a MySQL login / register panel.

4. Some simple shops like a cardealer or a option how I could make them!

And maybe some more things, as you can see not that big..

I just want to have a 'clean' source without copyrights and blabla from other servers...

Oh the payment options are just based on how you want paid..

I can do paypal, paysafecard and some more!

As a paid scripter, I would say it's kinda hard to find a scripter who will do a WHOLE gamemode. Instead I'd recommend you to request all those four points you made can be one request. In that case it'd feel more suitable.
