server problem

hii all i want help about server probelm .

there is 1 server in mta i play i was play it very good without any issues then i decided to reinstall mta and after i did the server become very very very slow and fps was speed became 4:5 .

Need your helps.

the server is RRC:RPG

Please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions.

i run it and installed mta as the mta diag say i follow all instructions but fps still same.

Please install the following:

• Audio driver
  
• Ethernet driver

Provide another MTADiag log after installing.

and wheni test speakers sound volume get high but hear nothing .

what i can hear just songs in my pc how to fix this?
