Mta didn't start up properly. Help is needed.

So i have come across this problem for the last three day.

Each time I try to start up MTA it just closes and this error message comes up I have the full game from steam so it isn't like i have a cracked version of this game. I have only started coming across this problem making the impossible to play If someone has anyway of fixing this problem so i can get back onto mta i would be very great full. I would like to add i have tried to re-install gta san andrease and mta.

Please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions.

I'm not 100% sure what folder I should be extracting so far not much has happened and I have the same problem. Don't think that I am being rude I know I asked you for help just need a little guidance that is all.

Just extract MTADiag to any folder then run MTADiag.exe.
