Holding a car in place, without freezing it.

So, I'm working on this. And you may notice that car is constantly crawling forward, despite trying to use the handbrake it ain't doing nothing. I need the car to stay on the spot, however I obviously can't freeze it if not it wouldn't move at all. So how could I go about doing it?
