I have tried to improve myself in every episode.

Yes, unfortunately.

GTA: IV has just offered the video editor, which is very useful.

In addition, physics and optics of the game is simply better suited.

One must remember that GTA: SA is old.

Yeah agree with you, its great game, also that video editor inside is great. But i don't know, i still see GTA: SA as great game which you really can enjoy. Same for IV, but SA is SA :>
