Colors messed up?

I am playing on 1600x900 and Very High FX quality, etc.

My system specs are as follows :

I can only describe as CJ and certain things looking "posterized".

This issue is only present in MTO, not my San Andreas.

Ensure MTA's resolution is 1600x900x32, not 1600x900x16. It looks like it's running in 16-bit color mode.

If that doesn't help, please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions.
