MTA Server (Info because doesn't appear in TASE)

I'm unsure as to why it doesn't appear in The All Seeing Eye, I was told by the friend at ADSLGuide.org.uk who set it up;

"Thats because ASE support is broken in mtavc in certain circumstances. Works fine if you put it in the mtavc client."

So for a decent UK server: 80.249.99.90, default port

Also: any ideas what this problem is so I can advise him on how to get around it? Otherwise I'll have to go around attempting to tell people about it, and that isn't always a good thing :)

I know what the problem is, I just don't know hwo to fix it. Although, if you find out how to submit a bug report, let me know.
