Explode command only for Admins

Hi i need some help

can someone say to me how to make /explode command?

so let me explain how it should work

if a guy who uses /explode command is in acl group "Admin" he can use command /explode

if not script says "You're not allowed to use this Command!"

function of command /explode

so you use it to explode someone so that he dies

like /explode Mike

if he is in car explosion will make on his car and he will explode with car

if he is on foot it will explode on him and he will die

Please someone if you could say to me how to make it

idk man i dont even script so good im just editing them i know some things in scripting but not to make this pls help

He is not telling you to make a correct script, He wants you to make mistakes sou you can learn from them ..

but how can i make a script when i dont know to make them?

i mostly edit them or something and i know about more than 10 elements in scripting or how is it called

i know them but idk to put () ,. etc i just dont know how to do it its too hard for me to learn to script and idk how to make it easier for myself so i can learn
