Horn while having the hydraulcs

Hi All

i just want MTA to make a mod for cars so we can horn while having the hydraucls

[-ffs-Sniper]

You will need to bind a key and use playSound3D with a custom horn. Unfortunately there is no way to use the original GTA horns together with hydraulics.
