MTA Crashes on start

I start MTA and after i start it i instantly get

then i looked up how to fix it and i updated my drivers and ran MTADIAG and checked and i got this pastebin link

Could anyone help me on how to fix this?

Please install the following:

• Audio driver
  
• Ethernet driver (do a Repair install if prompted)
  
• Storage driver 1
  
• Storage driver 2
  
• USB3 driver

Provide another MTADiag log after installing.
