Ignore/Flood protection

I know its been sorrta mentioned but this is a real must need thing

Mta Server needs flood protection and the client needs a ignore fuction

Its annoying with u got idiots flooding the chat with garbage which u cant understand..

Its a pretty simple ask..

Please push it more in your development of the next version
