I HAVE A PROBLEM HERE ON INSTALLING THE UPDATES

Quick rephrase:

I used limited acc to play MTA,

tries to connect CIT2.net, new update patch.

Downloaded then restarted MTA says that I don'T have the admin privelages.

Cannot run the MTA anymore

How to install updates WITHOUT admin's privelages

Re-install MTA, or ignore the patch.

After update, any admin request will be once only. You could also reinstall, but you will need admin once for that as well
