Teleport / setElementPosition

Can anyone give me an example of how I could create a marker at the coordinates 1548.69153, -1364.26526, 326.21829

and when they enter the marker, it teleports them to the coordinates 201.84119, 1867.46252, 13.1406 please?

Any help is massively appreciated!
