I can't download a files for server

I'm sorry if I post it in bad part of forum. But I'm here first time.

I've MTA 1.3.1 and every server works great, except CIT2.net, this server who always have +300 players online. When I want to dowanload files, it stopped on 0B of 15.90MB. What I should to do ?

Then your ISP has a problem with their ISP.
