Help With Repair Pickups! ASAP

Hi Guys, i'm currently making a [DM] map, but i don't know how to create or where to get a mod for a car repair pickup like you see in nearly all [DM] maps. Could someone help me ASAP please?

Go to where you see Create New Object then go into Properties then you should see nitro, repair, and vehicle change. I don't have map editor open now but you'll find it easily.
