Can't CONNECT TO ANY SERVER

Hello MTA Team!

5 mins ago i was playing normally in my Server with Real Cars

and then i got connection timed out.

Now when i want to connect to my server it doesnt want to connect it says connection timed out.

I Tried to go on any other Server,also timed out i just can't connect to them.

*POSSIBLE REASONS*

Well,I Am owner and creator of my server,and daily i got 40+ People in my server

and i got much enemies in there when i ban or revoke them they get angry.

So,in past week my PC Was hacked for more than 10 times

Today i installed HotSpot Shield PRO Version to take care of that noone connects to my PC.

And i stopped my router to change my IP.

And now i got completely new IP every single number is changed.

IDK how but now it says that I'm from United States of America(USA)

Ok,Sorry for much readings but i had to say it.

Anyway i think that my problem is because my whole IP Changed and it says that i got Completely new Country on completely new Continent.

So

i Don't know how to use pastebin and MTADiag,Towncillian can you please show me how so i can paste it and show you?

Please man help me i need it quickly

Please install the following:

• Graphics driver
  
• Audio driver
  
• Ethernet driver (do a Repair install if prompted)
  
• USB 3.0 driver
  
• Intel MEI driver

Provide another MTADiag log after installing.
