How to disable Freeroam GUI?

(I didn't know where to put it so I posted it here)

Well, I'm trying to setup a RPG/Roleplay kind of server. Currently, I'm running it the default freeroam gamemode.

I'm almost complete and I only have one problem.

Whenever a user presses F1, it brings up the freeroam GUI, which lets them create vehicles, change skins, teleport, get weapons, etc.. which basically defeats the purpose of having a vehicle system, weapon shops, banking system, etc (basically the whole purpose of the server).

I'm wondering if there is a way to disable this through acl or any other way.
