hunter times and race control panel ......

hello

when i play and get hunter in a dm race map it is not showing in the top times and i need to get an race control panel for the dm races like buying nitro or repair kit.

And

i am not able to make my account have admin power idk in which place should i put in the acl.xml document.

Pls help me and sorry for my bad english
