Downloading map problem

So there is this roleplay server I want to connect to, but when I connect it starts downloading the map and when it gets to ~800 kb it just freezes and after a few seconds it says connection timeout or something like that

I tried reinstalling MTA and San Andreas, nothing helps.

I guess the newest one you can download, on the install file it says 1.3.1

Is there no additional information in the client console (F8)?

Which server does this occur on, and can you provide a screenshot of the timeout error?
