ID for vehicle.txd? I don't know if that file has an ID #.

dude there is no such thing as a TXD ID!

There are vehicle id's which use txds and then you select the ID of which TXD to replace on the vehicle!

With that shader you can replace the lights ( I think they are part of vehicles.txd ).

I think you want texture names (if i'm correct).You'll need shader_tex_names from shader examples.
