no permissions

Hey guys

So, I just reformatted my comp and went to install MTA SA it says I have the wrong permissions, i have gta sa through steam and downloaded the version compatible with MTA SA but when I go to install it, it tells me that im missing a file called vorbis file, i downloaded a program to replace that file and it says it cant replace it. i look in the gta sa folder and the vorbis file is there. I dont know what to do i have reinstalled the game multiple times and still wont work any ideas??

Could you provide the exact error the MTA installer gives?

Are you running the MTA installer as an Administrator?

What is the entire path to your GTA:SA directory?

I am the only user on this computer and it says im an administrator

Did you right click the MTA installer and click "Run as Administrator"?
