oil derrick

Hi would you help me in this thing i am making a sea fight server

if yes proceed for the others

do you know how could i make the oil derrick give money after capturing it like a player comes to a marker beside the oil derrick and a small loading like 5 min start and if the timer is finished the oil derrick will be for him and give him money and when another player comes and kill the player he destroy the oil derrick and then the oil derrick will reganerate and he can re-capture it
