[Request] Car Radio System.

So, i've been looking around at the car radio systems but i was wondering if there was one that you can hear out side the vehicle, So you go in the car and change the station to what ever then when you exit a small radius around the vehicle you can hear the music in, i seen it on a server that i know didnt make it them selfs but i havent been able to find it.
