Better mapstreaming

Hello everyone,

I am in need of a resource that will stream objects better

ive got various islands in my SA map, and they are all loaded, and that makes some fps drops, could someone make a better map streamer, that loads objects if your closer than 500 meters or something ? or an mod for GTA SA , and if its a gta sa mod, would it be able to get loaded in the gta sa via a script in the server ??
