Clients getting False 404 errors

Hello Everyone i own a server called CMG Civilwar.

And most of the time when people join they get a 404 errors heres an example

It really annoys me!

Please can you give me as many fix possibility's as possible, if you need any more info just ask

Also I am sure the files are in the right place, as people have been on my server before! its just now when newcomers who dont have the resource get a 404 error! Please Reply I have been trying to solve this for a week.

Perhaps you have deleted your resource-cache folder (or any contents thereof). You may have an incorrectly configured HTTP server. You may have broken permissions on the resource-cache or HTTP directory.
