there r some problems bro....i.e:i cantfind mta server.config in 'mods/deathmatch/mtaserver.conf' and 1st tell me this and then i will ask more questions

it's look you are in wrong folder

You should be in 'server/mods/deathmatch/mtaserver.conf'
