How do I put skins in my MTA server?

I have a server with Hamachi, and I want to put public skins (everyone can see them). Because allways I put a skin, I'm the only one than can see it. Help me please. If you can answer with pictures...

This is the wrong Section you should post your question in "Scripting" forum

and about your Inquiry , you should replace the skin with an original skin
