Here you got the meta.xml i think it works, not sure.

<meta> 
     <file src="sound.mp3" /> 
</meta> 
  
One more example adding the script to this. 
  
<meta> 
     <file src="sound.mp3" /> 
     <script src="script.lua" type=server/client" /> 
</meta> 
  
You can add more of that file src and script src lines by just pasting them in same line order.
