MTA:SA won't start

I read other topics and visited other forums for help, nothing helped. singe player works and so do other multiplayer mods Example: sa:mp, but for some reason the splash screen shows but nothing happens afterwards. here is my MTADiag-Log: http://pastebin.com/kWgCs1Fr

EDIT: I gotn MTA to start, but I get a black screen when I try to host. I can join games but can't host.

You are sure gamemode are started ;p ?

Please install the following:

• Graphics driver
  
• Audio driver
  
• Chipset drivers
  
• Ethernet driver

Provide another MTADiag log after installing.
