Paradise Roleplay setup help.

Hey guys, i've been cruising around the forums for any kind of help with setting up the paradise roleplay server. I know where to place the resources and all the things like that the only major problem is the damn Mysql and everything that goes along with it. I've tried to avoid it at all costs but it won't let me register or log into the server. If someone could please help me out with the mysql part of the installation I would really appreciate it because im slowly starting to go insane.

***UPDATE***

alright i've got the files showing up on my database on phpmyadmin and the server no long crashes but when I connect to the server all I get is a black screen. I can access the f11 map and that's about it. If someone could give me some feedback on what I am doing wrong it would be much appreciated.

I've gone back and reworked everything step by step. Putting in all the resources, editing the settings.xml, ect. ect. but I just can't get it to work. If anyone has previously set up a paradise roleplay server for local use can you be so kind as to give me a quick step by step? I've read just about every thread on the forums about this and I just can't get the damn thing to go. Thanks

Alright, thanks for the replies but I figured it all out. Now I need to figure out how to install Shodown roleplay. I started off with Basic RP and It just wasn't enough. Same goes for paradise it seems. Hopefully the Shodown installation won't give me a brain tumor.
