Color code in chat (simple)

Hey everyone, not too sure why but this won't change the color of the message if anyone can help:

  
 outputChatBox("Local OOC: "..getPlayerName(source)..": #FFFFFF"..message, nearbyPlayer, 0,102,221) 
  

No errors Just this in the chat: Local OOC: Name: #FFFFFFmessage

You forgot about the last argument:

colorCoded: A boolean value determining whether or not '#RRGGBB' tags should be used.
