Need Help In Disabling Random Skins

Hey Guys Im Kinda New To MTA , I Was Wondering If You Can Help Me In Disabling Random Skins

Each Time I log out and log in a randomly skin is being choosed i did scripted all my server but the only problem i cant disable the random skin please help me very well like telling me to go to play then which file and changing what with what i want a good help please guys
