I want just asking for this function

removeBan 

if exist a event for this function,

for exemple:

When a player uban a ban from Admin Panel if i can know nick of the player uban the ban!

What? Do you want to get who unbanned? Take a look at example on karthik's link.

Do you wanna get the nick of the responsible for unban? If yes, the event have two arguments, and the second is what you want.

responsibleElement: The player who added the ban

should be

responsibleElement: The player who removed the ban ?

I think is because only who added the ban can remove the ban. But maybe I am wrong.

it's triggered when ban removed and responsibleElement is who remove the ban.

if the ban was removed using function removeBan(), and the responsibleElement was not specifying, the event will return nil.
