New Grand Theft Auto IV Server plan

We are planning on making a Grand Theft Auto IV server with my map I made, and some resources which are listed below.

- IVhud

- Real Driveby

- GTA IV Weapon sounds to MTA SA (by me)

- GTA IV Map to MTA SA v1.4b

- motion-blur shader (press U Key during gameplay)

- Shaders (Has Car Shader[Reflection] and water shader[GTA IV Style water])

If I canfigure how to make the server online then we'll suceed.

Just these resources? Which are all downloaded? What makes you think you'll succeed that easily? What would attract players to your server? Just the fact that it has some IV taste in it?
