How do I make an MTA SA Server

Hi. I need a very very good tutorial on how to make an MTA SA Server. I am planning on making 2 servers. One for GTA IV Resources and one for Real Life Roleplay resources. Please help me.

First, you can't just make a server by downloading resources. That won't attract any players.

You have everything you will need in the wiki. You can ask for scripting help in the scripting section.
