I'd say, lack of effort. I mean seriously man, building this whole fancy area as an exterior and then leaving the interior like that empty with only the boxing ring in it? How about a dinning area? Gym? Cells?

It's not a joke. Not everyone map same maps.

Why you need Dining area? If you have big rpg server, tell my why will you need cells? One big cell isnt enought? Look, if u are so smart to tell shit like that, go map some great prison and dont speak about my work if you think its not enough good for u.
