setPedGoTo

Now the ped is stopping when he will reach the target position. I choosed the easiest way to do that, marker.

The ped is doesn't stopping when he is damaged, he must reach the target even if he can die.

( you can remove damageDuringGo() function if you want to stop when he is damaged )

I have created also the new functions named getPedGoTo and getCursorMoveOn. I have to consider MTA source to make next functions in C++
