Object Limit... How does it work?

So yeah, I have mapped for SA-MP for quite a while but now that I'm making a MTA server I'd like to ask... How does the object limit work with MTA ? Is there any? What happens if you exceed the limit? I have tried the MTA wiki but I couldn't find it anywhere, I'd like someone to explain to me if there's a limit and how does it work.
